DoctorCredit USA Login Help

If you are having trouble logging in to your DoctorCredit USA account for the first time, please follow these steps:

1. Due to processing time, it will take 24-48 hours for your account to become active. Your login will not be recognized if you attempt to access your account before it has been added to our system.
2. When you log in for the first time, choose the "First Time Here? Register Now!" panel on the right side of your screen.



3. Enter your first name, last name, and last four digits of your Social Security Number.
4. Enter your birth year.
5. For location, choose Dr. Credit Asheville-NC Corporate. This is the most important part!
6. Click the "Register" button.
7. You will now be asked to provide your email address. Then, create and confirm a password (minimum 6 characters).
8. We recommend you click the checkbox "Notify Me on Account Activity".
9. Click the "Complete Registration" button.
10. You are now taken to a screen in which you have a chance to review your address, phone number, email, etc. before finalizing registration. Since you already added your password in the previous step, leave the "new password" and "confirm password" fields blank and simply click "Update Account." If your name, address, or phone number is inaccurate, please call our office at 1-866-613-7872.
11. You're now successfully registered! In the future, when you log in, choose the "Already Registered?" panel on the LEFT side of the login screen.
